Tiina Sergo is Executive Director and Head of the Board of LAG East Harju Partnership since 2008 when the LAG was established. Before starting working with the LAG she has also worked as a development specialist in local municipality office. She has also worked with disabled people and has successfully written and lead several EU funded projects.

East Harju Partership

East Harju Partership is Leader Local Action Group (LAG) is located in the eastern part of Harju county, close to the capital Tallinn. Joins together 4 municipalities (Aegviidu, Anija, Kose and Raasiku municipal- ity) 17 500 inhabitants 929 km2 LAG was established in 2008. Local strategy was completed at the end of 2009. The priorities in our strat- egy are improving the quality of life in rural areas; implementing new environmental friendly technologies. The area has rich and varied nature - many forests, swamps and marshes in the area and very beau- tiful landscapes. There are several hiking routes and resorts that offer possibilities for activities in the open air such as hiking, skiing, canoeing etc.
